Reiki courses in all levels of Usui Reiki. Reiki training courses are held in George and Mossel Bay in the Garden Route, Pretoria, and Bloemfontein.
Reiki classes are taught by Usui Reiki Masters, John and Natasja King. We received our Usui Reiki training in London before relocating to the Garden Route in 2021. In addition to teaching Reiki courses we also facilitate couples therapy workshops and retreats. Natasja offers regular Reiki treatments in George.
Usui Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master training
The system of Usui Reiki is divided into three levels of training. The Reiki journey starts at Level 1 which is primarily focused on self-healing, then moves on to Practitioner level which enables you to treat others for a fee, and finally the Reiki Master level.
Reiki Level 1
In the first level of Usui Reiki training we introduce you to the foundation of Reiki, covering its philosophy, history, and theory. Through practical exercises, students gain the skills and confidence to perform self-healing and offer treatments to family and friends.
Reiki Practitioner (Level 2)
The Reiki Practitioner level classes expands your Reiki skills, introduces the Usui Reiki symbols and their use in daily life. It covers their deeper meaning and practical applications, preparing students to confidently offer professional Reiki treatments.
Reiki Master (Level 3)
Reiki Master training is divided into Master Practitioner (Level 3a) and Master Teacher (Level 3b) courses.
