This evening is an invitation to put down the “work” of processing and instead find a gentler way of relating to your feelings. Through a guided restorative session, we will create a quiet space for emotional balance and self-compassion.Open to all.

Coming Home to Yourself

A Guided Community Reiki Share (Online)

If life has felt busy, demanding, or overwhelming, this evening invites you to slow down and be supported. Through guided self-healing, shared Reiki, and quiet reflection, we create space for the body to settle, the mind to soften, and the nervous system to relax.

You do not need any previous experience with Reiki to attend. Everyone is welcome.

The evening includes:

  • a short, guided self-healing to help you relax and tune inwards

  • a shared Reiki healing from the Reiki practitioners on the call for all participants

  • a brief reflective talk (±15 minutes) offering simple, practical insights into self-care, emotional balance, and everyday presence

This is not a teaching or training session. There is nothing to learn or do “correctly”. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, receive the support of the group, and take this time for yourself.

We meet online on 16 March 2026 from 18:30 – 19:30. The Google Meet link will be sent by email.
