This two-day, non-residential Reiki training is designed to provide you with a grounded foundation in energy healing while maintaining the highest professional standards.

The Usui Reiki Level 1 course covers:

• Healing and Reiki (including the mind-body connection and the four levels of Reiki healing)
• Energy and Reiki (including basic energy theory and the chakra system)
• Energy cleansing techniques
• How to conduct a Reiki self-treatment
• How to give a Reiki treatment to others
• The different uses of Reiki
• The Reiki Principles

To Secure Your Place: A non-refundable deposit of R1,250 is required to confirm your spot.

Settling the Balance: The remaining balance is due 21 days before the course starts. For added flexibility, you are welcome to structure the remaining balance over a two-month payment arrangement. Please contact us directly to set this up.

Deposit Validity: While the deposit is non-refundable to cover our venue commitments, it remains valid for 12 months as a credit toward any future course or Reiki treatment with Natasja.
