For many years, my path has been centred around understanding balance, alignment, and how our inner environment shapes our daily experiences.
Through my journey as a yoga teacher and my training as a Reiki Master Practitioner, that passion has naturally evolved into a deeper calling: helping individuals to restore harmony and balance in body, mind and spirit, to become aware of their own inner landscapes and to enhance their sense of overall well-being.
A recent journey to Nepal deeply enriched my practice, increasing my own sense of profound stillness and ancient wisdom in helping to provide a healing space for others. My approach combines this gentle, quiet strength with a practical, grounded understanding of energy healing.
Based in Pretoria, I offer both healing sessions at a distance and in-person treatments for anyone wanting to experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and deep restoration.
Ultimately, my goal with Reiki is to assist in removing what is blocked, creating space for new growth and helping you improve your flow of energy in order to restore your natural state of wellbeing.
