“I offer Reiki healing for humans & their animal companions.
My path as a Reiki Master is rooted in a deep understanding of the “unspoken weight.” I know what it’s like when anxiety and depression feel like they’ve become your master. I know how consuming it can be, overcoming a near death experience and the effects thereafter as well as living with an autoimmune disease and many traumas. Through my own journey, I learned that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself – it’s about returning to your light.
My Core Beliefs:
Healing is Alchemy: We don’t just get rid of pain; we transmute it. We elevate your heaviest struggles into a source of personal wisdom and inner strength.
Safety is Sacred: True transformation can only happen when the nervous system feels completely safe to release. I provide a non-invasive, gentle space for your body to move from fight or flight into rest and restore.
I am simply the bridge. Reiki is the conduit that reminds your body how to balance its own energy and restore its natural state of harmony.
