“Cultivating inner balance and harmony through Reiki”
About Cornelia
Usui Reiki Master Practitioner
Cornelia is a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner offering compassionate, restorative Reiki treatments in Menlo Park, Pretoria East, as well as Distance Reiki sessions for clients across Gauteng and nationwide. Combining a quiet strength with grounded energy work, she supports women through stress and life transitions.
For many years, Cornelia’s path has centered around understanding balance, alignment, and how our inner state shapes our daily lives. Through her experience as a dedicated yoga teacher and her advanced training in Usui Reiki, her work naturally evolved into a deep calling: guiding women to cultivate harmony in body, mind, and spirit, become aware of their own inner landscapes, and enhance their vitality.
A transformative journey to Nepal deeply enriched her practice, instilling a profound sense of quiet stillness and time-honored wisdom that she brings into every session. Cornelia blends this calm, grounded presence with a clear, practical approach to energy healing. Her focus is on gently clearing energetic blockages, creating spaciousness for renewal, and supporting your body’s natural return to wholeness and ease.
Cornelia specializes in supporting women who are navigating:
Chronic stress, nervous system overload & mental fatigue
Energetic blockages & sluggish vitality
Emotional heaviness, grief, and inner tension
A desire for deeper mindfulness, presence, and stillness
Creating energetic space for personal growth and holistic wellness
“Ultimately, my goal with Reiki is to assist in removing what is blocked, creating space for new growth and helping you improve your flow of energy in order to restore your natural state of wellbeing.“

Client Testimonial
Cornelia holds an incredibly gentle yet powerful space. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a distance healing session, but from the moment we began, I felt a deep sense of stillness and safety. She helped me release months of built-up stress. By the end of the session, I felt lighter and reconnected to myself. She is a truly gifted healer.
