For many years, my path has been centered around understanding balance, alignment, and how our inner environment shapes our daily experience.
Through my journey as a yoga instructor and my training as a Reiki Master Practitioner, that passion has naturally evolved into a deeper calling: helping individuals restore harmony, balance, and flow within their own inner landscapes.
A recent journey to Nepal deeply enriched my practice, anchoring a sense of profound stillness and ancient wisdom into the healing space I provide. My approach combines this gentle, quiet strength with a practical, grounded understanding of energy healing.
Based in Pretoria, I offer both distance healing sessions and in-person treatments, supporting professional women navigating major life transitions and those feeling disconnected from their purpose.
My intention is for every client to experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and deep restoration.
Ultimately, my goal with Reiki is to remove what is blocked, create space for new growth and help you return to your natural state of wellbeing.
