After years in the corporate world, Tracy-Leigh witnessed firsthand how chronic stress, pressure, and constant demands take a toll on the physical body and the mind. She saw how anxiety and burnout manifest as deep tension and energetic imbalance – and she experienced it herself. This journey inspired her to create Tranquil Touch and step fully into the profound healing practice of Usui Reiki.
Tracy-Leigh uses Reiki as a gentle and deeply grounding modality to help clear energetic blockages and activate the body’s natural capacity to heal. Mobile treatments. For those who heal best in the comfort of their own homes, Tracy-Leigh travels to clients within Mount Pleasant and surrounding neighborhoods, including Walmer, Walmer Heights, Lovemore Heights, Lovemore Park, Lorraine, Charlo, Miramar, and the coastal areas of Schoenmakerskop and Sardinia Bay.
