After years in the corporate world, Tracy-Leigh witnessed firsthand how chronic stress, pressure, and constant demands take a toll on the physical body and the mind. She saw how anxiety and burnout manifest as deep tension and energetic imbalance – and she experienced it herself. This journey inspired her to create Tranquil Touch and step fully into the profound healing practice of Usui Reiki.
Tracy-Leigh uses Reiki as a gentle and deeply grounding modality to help clear energetic blockages and activate the body’s natural capacity to heal.
