Discover the gentle practice of energy healing in a two day Reiki Level 1 course. We warmly invite you to our peaceful space for the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki system. Our teaching balances professional instruction with a comforting, relaxed atmosphere. Taught collaboratively by husband-and-wife Usui Reiki Masters, you will receive personalized guidance and the benefit of our shared teaching approach. You will leave with a clear, practical understanding of how to use Reiki for your own daily self-care while also empowering you to share the gentle, restorative treatments with your friends and family.

The Usui Reiki Level 1 course covers:

• What is Reiki?
• The history of Reiki
• Healing and Reiki (including the mind-body connection and the four levels of Reiki healing)
• Energy and Reiki (including basic energy theory and the chakra system)
• Energy cleansing techniques
• How to conduct a Reiki self-treatment
• How to give a Reiki treatment to others
• The different uses of Reiki
• The Reiki Principles

Your Experience Includes:

• Nourishment for the soul: The four Reiki 1 attunements to open and align your energy flow.
• Nourishment for the body: Refreshments and a lunch on both days.
• Certification: A detailed manual, a Level 1 course certificate, and your professional lineage certificate.
• Expert Guidance: Taught by Usui Reiki Masters Natasja and John King, who received their training in London in both the Western and Japanese styles of Reiki. We are both Master Teacher members of the Reiki Guild of South Africa.

(Note that you will only be able to set up a professional practice to treat others for a fee, after completing your Reiki Practitioner (Level 2) training.)

Courses take place over two days in Reebok, a suburb of Mossel Bay in the Garden Route. We also offer private one-to-one courses and teach courses in Pretoria and in Plettenberg Bay.

Payment: To secure your place, full amount or a deposit of R555 is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the course start date. We also offer a flexible repayment option over two months if needed. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future course date or used towards a treatment with Natasja.
